2. Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If canceled within 14 days or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total price is required shortly after booking.

3. Rates, Reservations, Payments & Personal Information

Accommodation Rates: Rates vary based on dates and hotel policies. Guests can check rates by entering their dates into the booking engine.
Reservation Payments: Full payment or a 50% deposit may be required at booking. Payment links are provided for credit card transactions. Any remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance receive a full deposit refund, minus any transfer fees.
Additional Payments: Payments for extra services, food, products, tours, and excursions must be settled upon ordering.
Identification: Guests must present a valid photo ID or passport at check-in.
Personal Information Use: All personal information provided by guests is used in compliance with Thai law and immigration requirements.
Contact Information: Guests must provide a valid phone number when booking accommodation.

4. Children

Children Policy: Children of all ages are welcome.
Age Consideration: Children aged 2 years and above are considered adults.
Crib Availability: Complimentary cribs are available for children under 2 years.
Extra Bed/Cot: An additional fee of 600 THB per night applies for an extra bed or cot for children over 2 years (breakfast not included).

5. Other Policies

Parking: Street parking is available; Las Orquideas Resorts are not responsible for any damage or theft to guests' vehicles.
Events and Retreats: Hotel events and retreats require prior arrangement and are subject to specific terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
WiFi: Free WiFi is accessible throughout the resort.
Pets: Pets are not permitted within the resort premises.
Smoking Policy: Las Orquideas Resort is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in rooms incurs a 3,000 THB fine for deep cleaning.
Laundry: Guests are not allowed to wash clothes in room sinks or bathtubs. Affordable laundry services are available.
Clothes/Towels: Wet clothes or towels should not be hung outside rooms where visible to other guests. Laundry services are available at reasonable rates.

6. Damages & Keys

Damage Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage to the room or missing items during their stay.
Safe Use: Each room is equipped with a safe for storing valuables. Las Orquideas Resort is not responsible for items left outside the safe.
Force Majeure: In case of Force Majeure or room unavailability, Las Orquideas Resort will provide a refund and assist guests in finding suitable alternative accommodation.
Lost Keys: Guests will be charged 1,000 THB for lost or damaged room or safe keys.

7. Check In / Check Out

Check-in Time: Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Late arrivals after 9:00 PM should be notified in advance for arrangements.
Check-out Time: Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
Late Check-out: Requests for late check-out until 1:00 PM are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs after 12:30 PM will incur a fee of 300 THB per hour.

8. Transfers / Tours / Excursions

Booking Terms: Transfers, tours, and excursions are facilitated through agreements with resort-approved operators, guides, and drivers.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelled bookings may be subject to a 50% refund of the booking fee, if feasible. Refunds depend on compliance by tour operators, guides, or transfer drivers.
